LIVIA ELIZABETH MOORE

Diagnosis: Level 3 Autism Spectrum Disorder, early signs of schizophrenia (hallucination, delusion)

Patient Narrative/Medical History: 

  • Convicted by NY Supreme Court - Murder in the First Degree of Husband Paul Moore; presented to clinic as a high-risk case by rule of the state under guardianship of Rev. Dr. Rostov. Appeal will take place upon failure to recuperate. 

  • Early signs of schizophrenia (hallucination, delusion)

Comprehensive Physical Exam (Intake):

  • Schizophrenic ramblings of claimed innocence with obsessive tendencies, concentrated to Jesus Christ, beyond a reasonable religious practice.

  • Possible possession (in my opinion), hallucination, and delusion: frequently mistakes Dr. Paul Hansen, her treating physician, as her murdered husband Paul Moore.

Relevant Updates:​

  • 3x attempted escape, with noted coercion of other clinic patients to join in her efforts; often accompanied by physical assaults with verbalized threats of violence to nursing staff. 

  • Alleges Rostov and Hansen abuse and murder patients, and the way out is a mysterious key inside a box in the shape of a bird at the doctor's office.

Current Treatment Course:

  • ECT therapy 5x, Rostov's "special treatment" sessions 2x.

Victor Arthur Lee

22M, Height: 5'6" Weight: 130 Ibs

Diagnosis: TBD. Possible temporal aphasia, Depersonalization Disorder, with pronounced evidence of OCD, accompanied by psychosis.

Patient Narrative/Medical History:

  • Admitted to clinic 6 years prior with presentation of OCD and ASD (Level 3).

  • Per maternal report, deviant cross-dressing behaviors and harassment to the opposite sex proposing marriage to random people.

Comprehensive Physical Exam (Intake):

  • Presented with communication disorder indicating possible brain aphasia to temporal lobes (auditory/verbal processing difficulties), depersonalization disorder (DPDR) via disembodiment/derealization

  • Obsessive tendencies - concentrated to biblical studies, claims of marriage in "a pure way" to fellow patient Rebecca Marie. Claims love for everyone like "Yeshua-shua", except Rostov, who is a devil incarnate according to his analysis.

  • Disposition: noncompliant, with sassy and immature affectations. Noted impulsivity.

  • 3x attempted escape; found plotting with fellow patient Livia Moore.

Daysee Payton Howard

45F, Height: 6'2", Weight: 195 Ibs

Diagnosis: Intermittent Explosive Disorder. Drug Addiction

Patient Narrative/Medical History:

  • Admitted 2012 by parents, followed by 2015 discharge (after 17 rounds of solitary confinement, 5x ECT therapy). Returned voluntarily in 2022.

  • Accused of assault, theft, violence.

  • Sexual orientation: bisexual.

Comprehensive Physical Exam (Intake):

  • Cannabis and tobacco abuse (>10 y.)

  • Marked wounds (half healed, half new) of self-mutilation via sharp edge (possible razor).

  • Displays sexual deviancy among male and female patients (one time she even hit on me and kissed me on the lips when I was checking to make sure she swallowed her pills! nasty woman!)

Relevant Updates:

  • Current investigation by nursing staff of smuggled drugs (cannabis, tobacco, other dangerous goods), currently on 24/7H watch.

Diagnosis: Borderline Personality Disorders, Cognitive Disorder

Patient Narrative/Medical History:

  • Self-admitted to clinic 5 years ago.

  • No family history records available or recalled (many attempts made to find family but case was eventually archived)

  • Claims abuse by stepfather (no evidence)

Comprehensive Physical Exam (Intake):

  • Lower mental age (-10 years) compared to biological age, with obvious cognitive deficits; frequently displays lying behavior, grandiosity, and suicidal attempt/ideation.

​

Relevant Updates:

  • Physically assaulted two nursing staff with water cup, requiring physical restraint

  • 3x attempted suicide (repeatedly hit head against wall)

Pedro Arturo Conceicion Rivera de La Rosa y Bongo Smith - aka "PEPE"

38M, Height: 6'3", Weight: 180 Ibs

Diagnosis: Mythomaniac. Severe Depression

Patient Narrative/Medical History:

  • Admitted to clinic 7 years ago by a government counselor; found abandoned by his biological mother who was deported back to his home country (Spain). His father, an American man retired from the military, killed himself.

  • Previously arrested 3x in New York City for posing as an invalid/feigning disability for government-provided shelter, food, and other financial accommodations.

  • Sexual orientation: homosexual.

Comprehensive Physical Exam (Intake):

  • Energetic disposition 

​

Relevant Updates:

  • Overt sexual deviancy: recently caught performing inappropriate sexual acts with two complicit male nurses, both of whom were recently fired from the institution.

  • 3x attempted escape with fellow patient Livia Moore - he thinks every woman there is his mom (recently, he tried to breastfeed from Nurse Lucia - we had a HARD time controlling the situation)

​

Current Treatment Course: 

  • ECT therapy 4x, with slight behavior improvement for course continuation.

  • Currently on 24/7H watch for sexually explicit behavior (currently assigned to female-only nursing staff).
